OEM Sales Manager
to lead strategic sales initiatives and grow relationships with large OEMs. In this key role, you, the successful individual, will combine deep technical knowledge of Fristam products with strong relationship-building skills to expand market share and support the company’s growth goals. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, engineering firms, and key stakeholders to drive sales growth. Promote Fristam products by clearly articulating technical advantages, performance benefits, and value propositions. Leverage technical expertise to understand pump characteristics and recommend appropriate solutions. Identify and pursue new OEM business opportunities through proactive prospecting and market research. Conduct product training sessions for OEMs and end-users, highlighting features, maintenance and applications. Collaborate with distributors as needed to influence end users and promote Fristam solutions. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory. Qualifications
Previous experience in a technical sales role meeting/exceeding territory targets. Strong technical aptitude with mechanical systems, preferably pumps or similar equipment. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and credibility with both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven track record in managing a sales pipeline and closing complex deals. Ability to disassemble and reassemble Fristam products for demonstrations or troubleshooting. Proficiency in ERP systems, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness and ability to travel within the territory. Valid driver’s license required.
