The Digital Marketing Retail team is looking for an experienced individual with an understanding of the current digital retail marketing environment. With the ever-changing shift to digital sales and online consumer insights, the importance of online retail continues to grow. This position will focus on the company’s home appliance division; products include: Laundry, Kitchen (Refrigerators, Ranges, Microwaves, and Dishwashers), vacuums, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, etc. This position will provide client ready presentations, reports and solutions for improving consumer-facing content to help educate their team and senior leadership. The mission of this role is to help the sales channel grow revenue and drive efficiencies by enabling data-driven decision making. With support from leadership this role will be responsible for developing best practices and working with senior stakeholders to drive insight and suggest improvements. The ideal candidate possesses a unique skill set that combines strong relationship building and understanding of the retail environment. While website and digital activities are a priority, collaboration across business units with other key stakeholders to drive synergy with marketing activities across the brand is an absolute must. Channel Marketing Manager Duties:

Lead and manage high‑profile campaigns, ensuring on‑time delivery, brand compliance, and client satisfaction. Oversee large‑scale projects by developing roadmaps, timelines, and coordinating with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners. Act as the primary liaison for client accounts, aligning client goals with project execution and quality delivery. Spearhead digital initiatives including full .com builds, landing page development, web updates, and weekly promotions across Programmatic Display, PMAX, and Paid Social platforms. Manage retailer .com digital marketing projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with LG Channel Marketing, internal digital teams, and third‑party partners to drive sales. Oversee content development for retail digital marketing, including asset production, copywriting, and creative development across multiple simultaneous projects. Support retailer brand presence through LG brand store page development/maintenance, retailer educational pages, social content, and Product Detail Page (PDP) updates. Manage the full project lifecycle for New Product Inventory (NPIs) and PDPs, utilizing project management tools to track milestones, risks, and communication. Effectively manage timelines and schedules, including creating briefs, defining scopes, allocating resources, and ensuring projects stay within budget. Define and align best‑in‑class marketing asset KPIs to optimize retail channels, and create customized dashboards in Excel and PowerPoint to report on performance. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and performance summaries. Facilitate project kickoff meetings, defining scope, objectives, and responsibilities to ensure alignment across teams. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (creative, marketing, legal, operations) to ensure seamless execution of deliverables. Implement quality assurance protocols and conduct post‑mortem analyses to improve future processes and efficiency. Mentor and train junior team members, fostering professional growth and workflow optimization. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, reallocating resources as needed to maintain uninterrupted progress. Manage end‑to‑end photoshoots for product campaigns, coordinating with photographers, creative teams, and brand stakeholders to deliver high‑quality assets. Understand and align with retail promotion calendars, ensuring deliverables are provided in a timely manner. Skills/Qualifications:

Experience in account management, project management, or a related role within marketing, advertising, or digital media. Proven ability to lead large‑scale, cross‑functional campaigns with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of the digital environment, including digital advertising, search, .com, and omni‑channel marketing. Hands‑on experience with retailer.com marketing, content development, and e‑commerce sales enablement. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Programmatic Display, Paid Social, PMAX, and SEO best practices. Knowledge of tools and platforms such as Digital Asset Library, Syndigo, Bazaarvoice, and Edge by Essential (Clavis) a plus. Proficiency with project management tools (Trello, Jira, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Strong organizational, planning, and process improvement skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven leadership and team supervision experience. Solution‑oriented mindset with initiative to identify and resolve issues proactively. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
