Account Manager - SLED
Vari is seeking a motivated and results‑driven SLED Account Manager to oversee and expand our presence within a designated geographic region.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders within SLED accounts.
Create and execute territory‑specific sales strategies and account plans to deepen market share.
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across departments and business units.
Understand client business needs and provide customized solutions to demonstrate value.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and capture new needs.
Maintain proactive communication and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and services seamlessly.
Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Support contract negotiations and close deals with key SLED clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record in sales or account management within the SLED sector (2+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of the SLED vertical, challenges, decision‑making processes, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Self‑motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Experience
Experience selling enterprise‑level solutions or services to SLED clients.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams to deliver client success.
