Sales BDR/SMB Team Lead
to take charge of our North American outbound sales efforts. You’ll lead and develop a growing team of seven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and SMB sellers who fuel our pipeline and power our growth. Your team is the first spark in the sales engine prospecting, cold calling, and opening doors that set our Account Executives up for big wins. This is a high-impact leadership role where your ability to motivate and scale a top-performing team directly accelerates our growth in North America. Key Responsibilities
Lead & Grow a High-Performing BDR Team: Manage & mentor a team of BDRs, ensuring they are equipped with the skills to generate new business opportunities. Set & Track KPIs: Establish clear performance metrics focused on lead generation, call volumes, and appointment setting. Monitor progress and provide actionable feedback. Foster Culture: Create a high-energy, accountable, and continuously learning environment that motivates the team to exceed targets. Drive Sales & Revenue Growth: Use data-driven strategy to analyze call metrics, conversion rates, and other KPIs to refine outreach strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and optimize conversion rates. Shape Sales Strategy & Execution: Align outbound lead generation with overall sales strategy; continuously assess and improve BDR processes, tools, and best practices. Reporting & Insights: Provide regular performance reports and insights to management to drive informed decision-making. Your Profile
Experience:
5+ years in sales and team management, within the SaaS industry. Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in scaling high-performing sales teams. Leadership Skills:
Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities with a passion for development. Data-Driven : Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using CRM tools (HubSpot). Industry insight:
Automotive industry knowledge is a plus but not required. Location:
