Early Elementary, grades K-2 Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction in small groups, one-on-one, and inclusion settings to support diverse learning needs in grades K–2. Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with families, general education teachers, and related service providers. Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to build foundational skills in literacy, math, social-emotional learning, and independence. Collect and analyze data to track progress toward IEP goals, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance reports. Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that encourages growth, confidence, and positive peer relationships. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Primary/Secondary Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Professional teaching license with a Special Education endorsement from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). Experience supporting elementary-aged students with disabilities in an academic or classroom-based setting. What We Offer:
