Overview
We are seeking a resourceful, driven, and customer-focused part-time Supervisor to work varying weekly schedules at our BNC Starbucks Licensee Cafe. The role involves supporting management, overseeing team members, greeting customers, and preparing drinks and food in a fast-paced academic environment. Responsibilities
Support management, coach team members, and model excellent customer service. Assist with cafe operations, including food and drink preparation, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures. Help train staff, oversee daily activities, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards. Handle customer issues, process sales transactions, and manage supplies. Expectations
Deliver exceptional customer service and coach team members accordingly. Maintain knowledge of all cafe operations and assist in food and beverage preparation. Assign tasks to team members, ensure proper display setup, and restock items. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Operate and troubleshoot cafe equipment, ensure safety and sanitation standards. Work a flexible schedule, less than 30 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Demands
Frequent movement within the store, lifting, reaching, and other physical activities as required. Benefits
