Now seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to expand our U.S. market presence, focusing on clients in the EV manufacturing, charging infrastructure, and renewable energy development sectors. Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify, qualify, and close high-value partnerships with OEMs, EV charging network operators, and energy utilities in the U.S. Develop long-term account strategies to drive recurring revenue from existing clients. Lead sales initiatives for core products, including EV powertrain components, energy storage systems, and grid optimization hardware. Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with regional market demands (e.g., U.S. DOT regulations, state-level renewable incentives). Mentor and manage a local sales team to achieve quarterly targets. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the U.S. new energy market. Qualifications
Professional Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the new energy, automotive, or industrial technology sectors, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. Existing network of contacts in EV manufacturers, charging infrastructure providers, or renewable energy developers (critical). Technical Acumen: Understanding of EV powertrain systems, battery technologies, or grid-connected energy solutions. Familiarity with standards such as IEC 61850, UL 2580, or SAE J1772. Required Skills: Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) are a plus. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales approaches. Preferred Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural communication abilities. Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Job Details
