Account Executive
to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will actively drive the growth of our AI-supported SaaS product and be responsible for the entire sales process - from acquisition to closing. In close cooperation with the management and the product team, you will identify and convince potential customers, develop strategic sales approaches and build long-term relationships. Your focus will be on expanding our new business internationally and developing existing customers. Responsibilities
Responsibility for the entire sales cycle - from the initial approach to closing Building and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline with a focus on international expansion Developing and implementing account strategies in close coordination with management and the product team Conducting product demos and negotiations with C-level decision-makers Using CRM and sales tools to structure and analyze your sales activities Requirements
You have 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in the AI sector You have proven success in closing You have a hunter mentality and experience with outbound methods and ABM approaches You are familiar with strategic sales methods (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) You can explain complex solutions simply and convince decision-makers You are either a native English speaker or speak excellent English - you can pitch and negotiate confidently in English You are living in Europe Benefits
Attractive conditions:
Salary package of up to 145k € OTE with uncapped performance-based compensation, 30 days\' vacation and a monthly voucher. Creative freedom:
