Regional Sales Manager – Midwest

The Regional Sales Manager leads a team of sales professionals, aligning with corporate strategy to expand market share, build long‑term relationships, and achieve revenue targets across defined U.S. territories. Essential Functions & Requirements
Sales Leadership & Strategy
– Translate corporate goals into regional strategies, set targets, and drive execution in hazardous and non‑hazardous waste, industrial cleaning, and remediation services. Team Development & Performance
– Build, coach, and retain a high‑performing sales team; enforce CRM, pipeline, and performance processes. Customer Engagement & Retention
– Maintain strong relationships with key industrial, commercial, and government accounts; collaborate with Legal to secure commercial agreements. Business Development & Market Expansion
– Identify and pursue new opportunities, represent Arcwood at conferences and regulatory events, and partner with Marketing for differentiated positioning. Reporting & Forecasting
– Lead forecasting, budgeting, and analytics; track KPIs, pipeline health, and provide executive updates. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (required). 5+ years of sales leadership in environmental services, waste management, or industrial services (required). Proven success leading multi‑state or national accounts with multi‑million dollar revenue targets (required). Experience with regulated industries (manufacturing, energy, government) (required). Critical Success Factors
Revenue growth: consistently meet or exceed targets. High‑performing team: develop, retain, and hold accountable. Customer expansion: cross‑sell and upsell within region. Pipeline discipline: accurate forecasting, strong pipeline, and CRM adoption. Market opportunity capture: proactively uncover new business. Benefits & Compensation
