About the Role

Join the UpGuard team as an Account Manager responsible for revenue retention and expansion within key accounts. The role focuses on driving renewals, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customers consistently see value from our cyber risk platform. What You’ll Do

Drive renewals for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals. Implement strategies to safeguard existing revenue, proactively identifying risks and addressing them before they impact the business. Identify and close upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within your accounts to grow overall revenue. Lead negotiations for renewals and expansions, working closely with legal, finance, and customer success teams. Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing to align on account strategies. Track and report on renewal rates, upsell success, and overall account health, using data to inform strategy. Requirements

Commercial experience as an Account Executive or similar role with a strong track record in SaaS renewals and revenue growth. Solid understanding of the cyber security landscape, particularly in Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM). Proven negotiation skills, balancing client needs with company goals. Data‑driven mindset, using metrics to drive decisions on renewals and expansion. Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, success, and marketing teams. Preferred

Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies. Deep knowledge of the cyber security industry. Linux or relevant technical certifications in TPRM. Proficiency in Spanish. Benefits

Competitive base salary: $75,000–$100,000 (US) with quarterly bonus potential. Annual On‑Target Earnings: $90,000–$120,000. Generous PTO and paid parental leave (18 weeks). Remote work flexibility.
