Oversee daily line operations, prep, and service in a high-volume fine dining environment. Ensure strict adherence to health, sanitation, and safety regulations. Collaborate on menu development and contribute creative ideas to enhance the dining experience. Manage inventory, food costs, and vendor relationships to support profitability and efficiency. Uphold company values while fostering a positive and professional kitchen culture. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef. At least 2 years of that experience must be in a high-volume fine dining establishment. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Exceptional knowledge of food, flavor profiles, and culinary techniques. Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure and quality standards.
