Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. You can use the strength of the well-known brand to generate even more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers What you’ll do
Representing a quality brand in the industry serving customers for over 60 years Pre-qualified leads to engage with excited customers Uncapped commissions, paid weekly Paid training and multiple schedule options Toolkit to help you develop community-based sales Company apparel stipend Growth opportunities within the nationwide business Opportunities for: Company-supported medical, dental, pharmacy, vision, and life insurance or direct seller contract to those interested Additional perks as they arise Requirements
Valid driver’s license, a vehicle with room for roughly 50 sample boards, and the ability to drive the vehicle with sample boards Valid auto insurance Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually Business development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales Availability for evening and weekend appointments Deliver excellent customer service Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel Earning range based on average and top earners. Sales (except CA, UT, MA and AZ) and installation provided by independent contractors. Insurance Options offered through unaffiliated third parties.
