Opportunity Summary The Sales Representative is responsible for managing existing customer accounts and establishing new opportunities to meet annual sales objectives in corrugated packaging. This includes managing customer relationships, prospecting new clients, and collaborating with management on budgets and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop account visions and growth plans aligned with market trends and customer needs Identify pricing dynamics and inform commercial decisions Articulate sales strategies to generate leads and develop pipelines Meet or exceed sales targets and utilize CRM (Salesforce.com) effectively Build relationships at multiple organizational levels Negotiate contracts and manage customer engagement throughout the sales lifecycle Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in corrugated sales preferred Experience with sales execution, pipeline management, and financial acumen Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and reporting tools like Power BI or QlikView What We Offer: Culture based on integrity, respect, and accountability Training and development opportunities Competitive salary and benefits Focus on sustainability, safety, and inclusion Applicants will undergo drug screening after conditional offer.
