We’re looking for a dynamic Belgard Regional Sales Manager to lead our passionate team and drive our growth across the region. Job Location This position is remote and this person needs to live in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio or Indiana. Job Responsibilities Lead with Purpose - Guide and inspire your sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets, driving profitable growth while maintaining an exceptional standard of customer service. Craft & Execute Winning Strategies - Develop and execute annual sales plans, including defining key metrics and tracking progress against targets to ensure we stay on course for success. Cultivate Relationships - Build and maintain deep, long-lasting relationships with major accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and identifying opportunities for new business. Stay Ahead of the Curve - Monitor market trends, assess product portfolios, and work on new product introductions to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation and competitiveness. Collaborate for Success - Partner with production and operations teams to ensure products meet our high standards of quality, availability, and demand. Optimize Operations - Oversee sales-related administrative tasks, including managing special orders, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the board. Drive Business Development - Proactively scout for new opportunities, markets, and customers, securing new business while expanding our footprint in both existing and untapped industries. Maintain Financial Discipline - Manage the sales cost structure, balancing staffing, marketing, and travel expenses while driving high ROI. Job Requirements A bachelor’s degree (or advanced) in Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in Outside Sales or Sales Management, preferably within the building materials or hardscapes industry. Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with a focus on results, professional growth, and customer satisfaction. A keen understanding of market trends, sales analytics, and the ability to pivot strategies based on insights and data. A strong command of CRM platforms, with the ability to analyze data to drive sales strategies and decisions. Ability to travel up to 50% travel, including overnight stays within your region. Compensation Base salary $105,000-$125,000 plus annual bonus.
