We are seeking an organized, highly motivated, and detail-oriented
Regional Sales Manager
to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for aggressively growing and nurturing our exclusive dealer network. The ideal candidate thrives on building strong relationships, has a passion for our premium products, and can effectively communicate their value to new and existing pool construction dealers. Key Responsibilities
Dealer Acquisition and Development:
Identify, prospect, and secure new, high-quality dealers to expand the Only Alpha Pool Products dealer network. Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain exceptional, long-term relationships with dealers, acting as their primary business partner. Product Expertise:
Become an expert on our highly customizable performance building materials and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and quality to dealers. Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service and support, dealing tactfully and effectively with dealer inquiries and needs. Administrative:
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, dealer interactions, and market feedback in our CRM; ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work assignments. Adaptability:
Remain flexible and quickly adapt to a fast-paced, evolving market and work environment. Qualifications
A minimum of
5-10 years of experience
within the
pool industry
is required. Strong relationship building skills are essential. Organized, motivated,
and a
self-starter
with a
proactive
approach to sales. Ability to communicate effectively and cooperate with others across all levels of the company. Proficient with computers
(CRM software experience is a plus). This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus structure. Total earning potential will be discussed during the initial interview. Job Type : Full-Time Work Location : Remote within Sales Territory Sales Territory - Southeast.
