Your Career SASE is a significant source of revenue and growth at Palo Alto Networks. As a SASE Specialist, you drive the sale of the Palo Alto Networks SASE portfolio in the Western Region of the US, including Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN and Next Gen CASB across a broad geographic territory of Enterprise accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the overall SASE Go-to-Market plan, provide thought leadership, and enable scale. You are motivated by solving critical security challenges facing our customers. You are expected to exceed your quota, maintain subject matter expertise, create/update detailed written plans, and regularly present to varied audiences (large and small, live and virtual). Partner with geography leadership to engage the SASE portfolio with customers, partners, and colleagues Lead high-level sales planning and accurate forecasting of the business Build understanding of security threats, solutions, security tools, or network technologies Leverage cross-functional resources to achieve quota Stay updated on industry news and trends and their impact on Palo Alto Networks products and services Conduct in-person sessions, webinars, and create learning materials for appropriate audiences Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within accounts Educate customers and partners on the modern network security landscape Establish relationships with channel partners and sell through them Travel 50%+ throughout the Western US and attend company-wide meetings Qualifications
Your Experience 5+ years of field or technical sales selling SASE or SD-WAN for a multinational organization Above-quota sales experience in a high-tempo culture Experience selling network infrastructure-based security appliances (e.g., Firewalls, SSL/IPSec VPNs, Security Proxies and Caches, SD-WAN) Practical experience with routing and switching products installed adjacent to appliances Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Experience working with Channel partners and a channel-centric go-to-market approach Excellent time management skills and ability to work with autonomy Additional Information
The Team Our sales team works with large organizations worldwide to protect their digital environments. We educate, inspire, and empower potential clients on their security journey. You will have access to advanced tools, research, and a collaborative team focused on solutions selling, learning, and development. Compensation Disclosure Compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates offered at the posted level, the starting base salary or base salary + commission target ranges from $264,000 to $363,000 per year.
