Position Summary To be a primary business partner and support to the assigned divisions by providing analysis and business insights, resulting in recommendations to drive achievement of the divisions' business plan and maximizing its return on net assets.

This role reports to our Convenience Segment Field Finance Manager and is a key Finance member of the broader Convenience Finance team, which includes FP&A, Strategic Finance, and Accounts Receivable. Together, these functions collaborate to support the company\'s overall financial strategy.

Responsibilities

Assist Finance Directors in the development of their divisions\' annual strategic and financial business plans, ensuring they are focused on achieving revenue growth targets and operational efficiencies while ensuring the linkage between the plan and longer-term growth goals.

Prepare customer proformas to support pricing / bid process and evaluate actual profitability against expectations. Participate in Customer Business reviews as needed.

Prepare timely and accurate forecasts and trend analyses with agreed template and timetables established by corporate financial planning and analysis.

Communicate any material change to forecast/budget as soon as known, including the development of risks and opportunities.

Be part of a collaborative team that challenges assumptions

Develop and maintain KPIs to the division management team that provides insight and visibility as to the operational results of their divisions.

Create recurring or ad-hoc reports and models enabling management to make data driven decisions

Prepare and review month-end variance reporting, highlighting key variances to plan and last year

Support external and internal audit processes as necessary.

Liaison between Corporate and the Divisions

Provide ad hoc analysis as needed to support the Finance Directors, Regional VPs and Division Presidents.

Ability to work effectively with large amounts of data, drill down into details and provide incisive high-level overviews; extreme attention to details

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance

Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, business/financial analysis, or a related field, with demonstrated analytical capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

SAP, EPM and Power BI experience preferred
