Job Overview ProSidian Seeks a Financial Operations and Reconciliation Specialist [DOE0064063] for Program Support on a contract engaging with Environmental Management sector clients (DOE). The position is Exempt W2 with no overtime pay, contingent generally located across the CONUS – Richland, Washington, supporting DOE EM Hanford in a regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. The role may convert to a full-time W-2 at ProSidian’s discretion. Responsibilities and Duties

Provide Financial Operations and Reconciliation support for environmental management programs, including budget formulation, execution, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audits. Support Program Office responsibilities under Job Task Category 02 Assistant Manager for Business & Assistant Manager for Procurement, including Finance & Budget Support, Procurement/Contract Administration Support, Workforce Management & Training Support, Compensation Program Act Business Support, and Audit Coordination Support. Perform financial reconciliation activities, process invoices, and maintain supplier records to ensure accurate financial management and compliance through effective reconciliation, analysis, and communication for internal and external operations. Operate within the Hanford Field Office (HFO) scope with potential on-site work at Richland, WA, and surrounding Pacific Northwest locations; initial work site: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520, Richland, WA 99354. Qualifications

5–8+ years federal finance/budget experience; DOE experience preferred. BA/BS in Finance or Accounting; CPA helpful. Functional experience aligned with Environmental Management Sector governance and Financial Operations and Reconciliation tasks. Skills: program/project management support, funds control, reconciliations, Excel/BI tools. Core Competencies and Other Requirements

Core competencies: teamwork, leadership, business acumen, communication, motivation, agility, judgment, organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, Visio; ability to learn additional tools as needed. Security: Facility Clearance may be required; DOE clearance indicated in task description if applicable. Place of Performance: Hanford Site, Richland, WA; on-site with potential remote support as approved. Government furnished resources: office space, computers, and software provided at HFO. Travel: as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing; in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
