Ebenezer is seeking a
Culinary Assistant
to join our team at Willows Bend Senior Living in Fridley, MN. This part‑time position serves resident dining room meals and to‑go service. Schedule: 40 hours every two weeks, part‑time day/early evening shifts, includes alternate weekend/holiday rotation. Responsibilities
Serves meals and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting. Follows meal serving schedule and procedures. Provides resident meal choices and meets specific dietary needs. Uses proper safety and sanitation techniques. Follows dining room cleaning schedule and procedures. Sets up dining room properly and follows workflow to stay on task. Learns and becomes proficient with EMenu System and restaurant‑style service. Ensures all dishes, flatware, drinkware are washed, sanitized, and put away before shift end. Promotes positive resident relations: welcomes residents, initiates conversation, accommodates requests, listens to complaints, refers issues to Executive Director and Culinary Director as appropriate. Required Qualifications
Less than 1 year of previous experience. Preferred Qualifications
