In-House Commercial Leasing Agent
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., On-Site

We are seeking a dedicated In-House Commercial Leasing Agent to join our team and play a key role in driving our leasing success and tenant satisfaction.
Position Overview As an In-House Commercial Leasing Agent, you will lead the leasing efforts for our property portfolio, foster strong relationships with tenants and brokers, and support the overall operations of the company. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a thriving organization with a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities Lease Negotiation & Management
Analyze market data to determine competitive lease rates and terms.
Negotiate leases and renewals with new and existing tenants in collaboration with the team.
Review and understand company lease documents (primarily NNN leases).
Maintain strong relationships with the brokerage community.
Conduct detailed analysis of proposed leases and counteroffers, balancing tenant credit risk, rental rates, and incentives (including tenant improvements).
Marketing & Promotions
Develop professional marketing materials, including brochures, floor plans, and signage.
Ensure accurate property dimensions and technical details are represented.
Manage online property listings across platforms such as CoStar, LoopNet, and other commercial real estate sites.
Build positive, lasting relationships with tenants to encourage lease renewals and satisfaction.
Documentation & Administration
Maintain accurate records and documentation within property management software.
Assist in ongoing property management activities as needed.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Commercial leasing experience
Commercial property management experience
Familiarity with property management software (Rent Manager, Yardi, AppFolio)
Tenant relations or sales experience
Real estate license (beneficial, but not required)
Bilingual skills are a plus
