Senior Home Lending Advisor - Omaha NE role at JPMorganChase. Join our team to guide clients through the home lending process, serving as the primary contact throughout the life of the loan while adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting Chase financial products. Job Responsibilities
Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services. Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services. Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience by using marketing and cross-sell efforts (direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statements, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts). Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories) and functions within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships. Builds a role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers. Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and understanding of the customer’s financial needs and goals. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking Knowledge of real estate market in local area Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
FHA/VA sales experience Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment Regulatory and Licensing

Offer contingent on review of criminal history, credit report, NMLS information, and other factors. Felony convictions within the last seven years may disqualify a candidate.
