who deliver world-class service to every guest, every time. From executing Victra's sales process to sharing your product knowledge, you will connect our guests to what matters most. Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it! Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need. Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple. Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Assist with merchandising and operational functions. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or during peak vacation periods. At least 18 years of age Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements: All

must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date.
