We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. Every Time. As a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to control your career in a retail store. Using your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role you will: Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Work with peers and store leaders, learn and share ideas while serving customers and resolving issues. Be a passionate guest advocate who connects with customers and enjoys the process. Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service. Create personal connections with guests to simplify technology. Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Assist with merchandising and operational functions. What We Offer

Benefits subject to plan terms. We note that sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, with base hourly pay plus uncapped commissions. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days. Paid time off accrues per policy (minimums described below). Sick leave is provided as required by state law where applicable. Requirements
High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (November–December). At least 18 years of age. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants must complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of start date. Training may include overnight travel. Online training will be required throughout employment. After You Apply
