Marcus and Millichap Century City is seeking a licensed Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our high-performing team. This opportunity allows you to build a career in commercial real estate, supported by proven systems, top-tier resources, and the ability to earn
rewarding commissions . In this position, you will source property opportunities, build relationships with owners and investors, and guide transactions from first contact through closing. You will also learn proven acquisition strategies directly from senior advisors while developing the skills to grow long-term production. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+. Our acquisitions team benefits from cutting-edge tools, advanced research platforms, and dedicated support designed to help you stay organized and achieve results. Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers Qualifications
Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work Compensation $160,000 at plan About Marcus and Millichap Century City
