Responsibilities and Duties Include:
(Must be a member in good standing of the California State Bar to be considered for this role) 2-3 years in real estate or transactional real estate or corporate transactional (real estate experience is a plus) Forming and maintaining business entities and advising and strategizing with clients on potential opportunities Advising clients regarding corporate governance, tax, and business succession planning Representing clients in commercial acquisitions, financings, leasing, and commercial real estate transactions Drafting and negotiating various agreements Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school; a member in good standing of the California State Bar Strong drafting skills Highly team-oriented Prior knowledge and experience in the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, commercial real estate, lending and financing, tax, or succession planning is preferred but not required Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
