Associate Attorney (transactional and real estate) – Irvine, CA Responsibilities
Advising on a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, tax issues, financing, and real estate transactions. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements and contracts. Providing legal advice in relation to the development, acquisition, and divestiture of properties. Assisting with tax planning and structuring for transactions, operations, and investments. Conducting due diligence reviews and drafting related reports. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a transactional real estate attorney. Proven experience in handling tax issues, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and agreements. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to interpret and draft complex legal documents. EEO statement:
