Our firm prides itself on delivering high-quality service with a personal touch. We are seeking an experienced Audit Partner to help lead our audit practice and help shape the future of our firm.

Position Overview As an Audit Income Partner, you will be responsible for helping to manage and expand the firm’s audit and assurance services. You will lead audit engagements, oversee quality control, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This role is ideal for a senior audit professional who is ready to step into a leadership position with profit-sharing potential and a path to equity partnership.

Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Service Delivery

Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.

Serve as the primary contact for audit clients, ensuring timely and high-quality service.

Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and auditing issues (GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB etc.).

Team Leadership & Development

Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff and seniors.

Conduct performance reviews and support professional development.

Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.

Quality Control & Compliance

Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies.

Review and approve audit reports, workpapers, and financial statements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.

Practice Growth & Strategy

Identify opportunities to expand audit services and cross-sell other firm offerings.

Participate in business development, networking, and proposal preparation.

Collaborate with partners on strategic planning and operational improvements.

Qualifications

Active CPA license required.

10+ years of current progressive audit experience in public accounting.

Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB and internal control frameworks.

Demonstrated leadership and client relationship management skills.

Experience with SEC broker and dealers, and investment company fund audits is a plus.

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
