Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong expertise in preparing full income statements, variance analysis, and accurate financial reporting. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the timely and precise consolidation of the company’s multi-entity financials in accordance with U.S. GAAP. About the Role The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in consolidations, intercompany transactions, foreign currency translation, and equity accounting, with a proven ability to work across multiple entities and deliver clear financial insights. Key Responsibilities Lead the accurate and timely consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities in compliance with U.S. GAAP. Prepare and review full income statements, balance sheets, and supporting schedules. Conduct variance analysis to provide actionable insights on financial performance. Ensure accuracy in multi-entity accounting and oversee intercompany eliminations. Support foreign currency translation and equity accounting as part of the consolidation process. Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting for both internal stakeholders and external auditors. Contribute to continuous process improvements in consolidation, reporting, and analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). 5+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on consolidations and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidation principles. Experience managing multi-entity consolidations and intercompany transactions. Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills. Desired experience with NetSuite ERP and OneStream Consolidation/Reporting tools.
