Our mission is to deliver exceptional service to property owners and tenants alike, while maintaining the financial integrity of our portfolio. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly. Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties Record day-to-day financial transactions including rent payments, vendor invoices, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly financial statements and property-level reports Assist with budgeting and forecasting for property operations Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups on outstanding balances Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and escrow accounts Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations Support annual audits and tax preparation with external accountants Collaborate with property managers to ensure timely and accurate financial data Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Qualifications
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in real estate or property management Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,
AppFolio,
Yardi, or similar) Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred What We Offer
