We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Bookkeeper
to manage day-to-day accounting functions and support the financial operations of our growing portfolio. Responsibilities
Record and reconcile daily financial transactions (rents, lease deposits, vendor invoices, etc.). Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts for multiple properties/entities. Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements. Manage accounts payable/receivable, including vendor payments and tenant billing. Track lease schedules, CAM (common area maintenance) reconciliations, and property-level expenses. Process bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and cash flow reports. Assist with payroll processing and expense reimbursements. Provide support for year-end audits, tax preparation, and financial reviews. Collaborate with property managers and leadership team to ensure accurate reporting. Qualifications
2–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (real estate/property management strongly preferred). Proficiency in QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio, MRI, or other property management/accounting software. Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate accounting concepts. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple entities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required). What We Offer
