5 Towers is a 21-bed advanced heart failure intermediate care unit specializing in: Congestive heart failure Pre- and post-heart transplant care Left ventricular assist devices Total artificial hearts Management of pulmonary arterial hypertension Qualifications
Required Qualifications Licensed or eligible for licensure in Kentucky Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some units Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Competitive pay and benefits Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Free tuition at UofL for part- and full-time employees for themselves and their dependents 401(k) with employer match #LI-DNI About the Company
