We are seeking an entrepreneurially-minded Financial Advisor to serve and expand our ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client base. This role offers the opportunity to provide advice on sophisticated wealth portfolios while contributing to the firm’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with high-net-worth (HNW) clients. While an existing book of business is preferred, it is not required. This is a hybrid role with a six figure base salary plus significant performance-based incentives.
Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)
Salary: base + performance-based compensation
Hours: 9 a.m.–5 p.m., Hybrid
Employment Type: Exempt
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary or support advisor for UHNW clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships while overseeing all aspects of their financial lives.
Financial Planning & Wealth Management: Deliver comprehensive financial planning services, including investment management, retirement strategies, tax optimization, and estate planning.
Investment Advisory: Design and implement customized investment strategies using a combination of active and passive approaches, including alternative investments where appropriate.
Business Development: Expand the firm’s client base by participating in new business initiatives.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience with high-net-worth (HNW) clients
Entrepreneurially-minded with the ability to contribute to growth strategy
Hybrid work environment with a base salary and performance-based incentives
Experience with UHNW client service is preferred; an existing book of business is not required
