Principal or Senior Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst - R10210163-2 at Northrop Grumman. This full-time onsite position is located in El Segundo, CA or Hollywood, MD and reports to the Mission Applications Department Business Manager. The role supports Defense Systems programs in compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements and program implementation. Responsibilities

Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring a validated cost schedule control system Maintain EVMS compliance including cost/schedule integration Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines Prepare and maintain spend plans; develop and review Estimates at Complete (EACs); incorporate changes into the EVMS to maintain baselines Deliver financial CDRLs Assist Control Account Managers (CAMs) with EVMS activities including WBS development and alignment; time-phasing of tasks; developing earned value methodologies; performance measurement; estimate-to-complete analysis; updates and variance analysis Create financial charts for program management and reviews; identify cost impacts and develop recovery plans as required Conduct financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, cash forecasting, and variance analysis Reconcile actuals, process budget change requests, and ensure proper accounting Incorporate contractual changes into control systems and maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines Operate in a dynamic environment with competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail Qualifications

Basic: Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience; Master’s degree with 3 years; or a High School diploma (or equivalent) with 9 years of experience (Sr Principal level requires a Bachelor’s with 8 years; Master’s with 4 years or HS with 12 years). This position may be filled at Principal or Sr. Principal level Requires US Citizenship and an Active Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain SAP clearance Minimum 2 years of experience with EVMS (COBRA preferred) Experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable), Word, PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with COBRA or similar project management software, COGNOS (NGFP - Planning Analytics), SAP S/4 and Excel Analysis Office (AO) Active DoD Top Secret (TS) Clearance Active DoD Special Compartmented Information (SCI) Access Experience in funding profiles, sales outlook, cash forecasting, and variance analysis Position Benefits

This position’s salary ranges are provided as guidelines and depend on scope, responsibilities, and candidate experience. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may be applicable.
