What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with departments to collect, organize, and analyze exposure and claims data
Prepare and submit annual Insurance Renewal Applications
Maintain and distribute insurance policy information throughout the organization
Assist the Risk Director and Managers with integration of new insurance plans
Support the Risk team with reinsurance claim analysis and tracking
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in risk management, claims, finance, data analysis, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical/problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in P&C and Professional lines insurance
Ability to process large volumes of detailed data
Demonstrated critical thinking and listening skills
Experience interacting with management and external stakeholders
