What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide primary support for the Patient Safety Event (PSE) and Standard of Care (SOC) program

Create and manage distribution of reports, dashboards, and email alerts within the Origami RMIS system

Maintain and update the Risk Management intranet page

Monitor group inboxes and respond to requests related to Risk Management inquiries

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, managers, insurance carriers, and legal partners

What is Required (Qualifications):

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

At least 2 years of professional office experience, ideally within a multi‑unit retail or healthcare support organization

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to form effective working relationships across all levels within the organization

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Related healthcare certification is a plus
