Key Responsibilities
Support and manage
portfolio cash flow
activities, working closely with
controller teams
across various departments (leases with steel mills, trucking, etc.).
Conduct
leasing analysis
and assist with
insurance renewals .
Manage and forecast
excess cash
and related treasury operations.
Collaborate with multiple business units — requires comfort working
cross-functionally .
Key Requirements
U.S. cash flow experience
(international exposure not required).
Strong
accounting processing
experience.
Background in
debt management ,
cash forecasting ,
leases , and
pensions .
ERP Treasury knowledge
is essential —
SAP preferred , though
Oracle
is also acceptable.
Ability to analyze, interpret, and optimize
cash positions and liquidity
across the organization.

Salary Range:
$80,000 – $100,000

Basic Functions The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of Treasury Operations including cash management, debt management, insurance, and pension assets. This position reports to the Treasury Manager who reports directly to the Director of Finance. Below is further detail on the job role.

Qualifications For This Position Must Include
Bachelor’s degree in a related area such as business, finance, or accounting plus 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
A master’s degree is a plus and additional years of education can be substituted for years of work experience (i.e., a master’s degree plus 2-4 years of relevant work experience).
High degree of professionalism required due to confidentiality of data involved with insurance claims, banking access, and other responsibilities such M&A activity.
