About The Position
Ameren Services provides administrative support and services to Ameren Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates. Nearly 1,400 employees serve the company across various functions including business planning, communications, diversity, financial support, human resources, information technology, legal counsel, safety, and supply services. This is a spring, Jan-Aug 2026 Co-Op in St. Louis, MO. Co-Op participants will engage in activities such as data entry, reporting from existing tools, data analysis, project management, and survey development and deployment. Each Co-Op is assigned a mentor for guidance, with coaching and feedback integral to the experience. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced Data Analytics staff and gain exposure to technologies like InMoment, Qualtrics, MS Office, and Power BI. The program aims to provide students with valuable work experience and helps Ameren identify talented candidates for full-time roles. Qualifications
Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Data Analytics, or a related computer field from an accredited institution. GPA of 2.5 or above. Proficiency in data analytics, mathematics/statistics, and MS Office (report creation, spreadsheets, formulas, lookup tables, graphical analysis). Strong analytical, communication, and human relations skills. Good time management and prioritization skills. Experience with large data sets, teamwork, leadership, and a passion for technology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative problem solving and proactive learning abilities. Attention to detail and ability to develop professional presentations. Knowledge of SQL, data analytics software, visualization tools, and software development (preferred). Understanding of business process modeling, project management, data science methodologies (preferred).
