Join our team as a Network Support Engineer specializing in Nokia Core Products and help deliver robust, secure, and scalable network solutions. Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support for Nokia Core products, including NDS, UDM, HSS, HLR, and PCF, ensuring continuous service availability and performance.
Diagnose and resolve incidents, service requests, and vulnerabilities within a cloud native computing environment.
Oversee subscriber provisioning flows and coordinate with cross-functional teams to address and escalate issues efficiently.
Monitor, update, and verify system information within the CMDB; ensure data accuracy and compliance with security standards.
Collaborate with vendors and design counterparts in regular meetings to discuss support cases, enhancements, and best practices.
Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, Ansible, Bash) to streamline support processes and reporting.
Support Dell hardware, iDRAC systems, and assist in basic network troubleshooting including load balancers and routers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years' operational support experience in technical environments, preferably telecom networks.
Strong hands-on expertise with Nokia Core products: NDS, UDM, HSS, HLR, PCF.
Solid understanding of subscriber provisioning flows and telecom cybersecurity best practices, including threat identification and remediation.
Familiarity with cloud native platforms and support experience with Dell hardware and iDRAC management.
Proficiency in scripting (Python, Ansible, Bash) and experience with Unix/Linux CLI.
Basic knowledge of load balancers, routers, and databases as part of daily network operations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to document, explain, and present technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TMO implemented systems such as ServiceNow, OneConsole, OneData, CyberArk, and NetScout.
Background in telecom business intelligence and automation.
Demonstrated self-starter attitude and proactive approach in solving complex network issues.
