Coordinator - Developmental Disabilities Full Time/Part Time Regular Full Time Total Hours Per Week 35 From Salary $62,000.00 To Salary $66,000.00 Job Summary
The Coordinator will oversee the overall coordination, supervision, organization and operation of a group of IRAs and will be assigned and serve as a backup for other groups of IRAs in the Program. The Coordinator is responsible for the direct and indirect supervision of personnel in the assigned IRAs Developmental Disabilities Program. Duties & Responsibilities
The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of assigned IRAs, ensuring alignment with agency goals and regulatory standards. This includes supervising Residence Managers, implementing policies and procedures, and promoting staff development through training and performance evaluations. The position involves active participation in budgeting, staffing, and maintaining community relationships, as well as ensuring quality care through person-centered planning. The individual must ensure program compliance, 24-hour staff coverage, and timely reporting, while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. Additional responsibilities include emergency preparedness, adherence to purchasing systems, and maintaining effective communication across all levels of the organization. Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree preferred. Supervisory/Management experience five (5) years required. Five (5) years’ experience with Developmental Disabilities. QIDP Qualified. Clinical experience preferred, especially in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) A valid, non-restricted driver’s is required for this position. Physical Requirements
While performing the duties for this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate clearly and effectively. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds. Employment Details
