We are seeking an experienced Administrator for our Business Application Support team. This role involves administration, support, and maintenance of Fraud and AML/CFT platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, support system capabilities, assist with releases and upgrades, and enhance platform performance. Responsibilities include supporting end users, performing scheduled maintenance, managing third-party integrations, overseeing platform releases, and collaborating on system improvements. The senior administrator will guide less experienced team members, maintain technical documentation, and ensure thorough testing of new systems, releases, and fixes. You will support both AML/CFT and Fraud systems, providing technical and analytical support, and representing the IT Department to various bank groups and management. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and project management abilities are essential. This is a corporate position that may be located at any bank division across our eight-state footprint (AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, WY). The starting pay rate is $46.08/hour (based on Kalispell, MT). Compensation is determined individually, considering factors like location, experience, and education. WA applicants in Wenatchee and Spokane have different pay ranges. Duties and Responsibilities
Administer, support, and maintain Fraud and AML/CFT platforms, including managing user access and system updates. Develop strategies to improve system support and performance, support new functionalities, and communicate system outages effectively. Coordinate and participate in software releases, ensuring smooth updates and feature deployments with technical teams and QA. Maintain effective IT systems and integrations, establishing protocols for system management. Additional Details
