About The Role
Job Summary: As part of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), this position is a strategic partner that collaborates with business owners to deliver value by facilitating project delivery. Builds relationships with bank users, management, and vendors to enhance the operational capability of the EPMO. Represents the EPMO across all bank levels, requiring professionalism and diplomacy. Responsible for managing all aspects of large, complex projects and strategic programs, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets. Provides leadership and coordinates efforts of team members and third-party contractors, following EPMO methodologies through all project phases. Acts as a bank-facing role owning project scope, budget, and schedule, guiding decision-making and communicating effectively with stakeholders and senior management.
This is a corporate position potentially based at any bank division across AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, or WY. The starting salary is approximately $95,848/year (for Kalispell, MT), with variations based on location, experience, and education. WA applicants salary range: $104,400 to $156,600 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with teams to complete projects on scope, time, and budget.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, foster teamwork, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Partner with sponsors to communicate goals and outcomes.
- Negotiate with stakeholders, manage project risks and issues, and update project documentation.
- Guide stakeholders through system selection processes including RFI, RFP, demos, and vendor due diligence.
