Estate Planning Attorney

Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Our client is a respected boutique law firm offering sophisticated legal work in a collaborative, personal environment. The firm serves privately held businesses and real estate developers as trusted outside counsel. They are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to handle estate and tax planning, trust and probate administration, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

Draft trusts, wills, and estate planning documents

Manage probate and trust administration matters

Advise clients on estate and tax strategies

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

5–8 years of estate planning experience

Strong drafting, analytical, and writing skills

Probate and trust litigation experience preferred
