Ray Quinney & Nebeker, a prominent law firm in Salt Lake City, is looking for an experienced trust and estate planning attorney to join its rapidly growing Trust and Estate Planning Group.
Compensation Base pay:
$160,000.00/yr – $250,000.00/yr
Work alongside experienced attorneys who value thoughtful counsel, attention to detail, and long-term client relationships.
Steady pipeline of estate planning and probate matters—no need to bring your own book.

Responsibilities
Draft estate planning, business, and tax planning documents for closely held business owners, including revocable trusts, wills, irrevocable trusts, business entities, and filings.
Maintain strong organizational, research, and writing skills; independently manage client relationships and caseloads with minimal oversight.
Qualifications
Member of the Utah State Bar, or eligible to be licensed in Utah (may be admitted from another state).
Experience drafting estate planning documents for closely held businesses.
Strong organizational, research, and writing skills; self‑directed client management.
An LL.M. in tax or estate planning, or an accounting degree is preferred.
