Most of our teams are two or three people, and in a Client Support Team Professional role, you are a critical member of that team along with the financial advisor. You are the first voice a client hears when they call on the phone – the first face they see when they walk in the door. You have many responsibilities, but the most important is getting to know your clients so well that you help them identify their problems and foresee needs. You and your financial advisor are essential in helping clients achieve their financial goals. Role summary

Position: Branch Office Administrator (BOA). You will provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors, support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience. This is a full-time opportunity with potential for growth. Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed Assist in annual business planning and develop strategies for the upcoming year Actively listen for situations that may indicate a need for additional services Support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience Assist in marketing activities such as planning and executing events What you can expect

Client Service: provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; build relationships with clients and internal team members Account Management: learn financial services industry, handle account opening and transfers, process transactions, maintain records Administrative & Operational Support: work independently under the financial advisor, manage scheduling, meetings, correspondence, and support marketing; assist in branch business planning Technology: strong computer literacy and willingness to learn MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm software About the company
