Job Description
As the Global Indirect Tax Manager, you’ll deliver a full range of tax planning, consulting, and compliance services for your multiple clients – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. You’ll collaborate with the Global Indirect Tax team and lead staff on various tax matters, on all phases of project and engagement management, because together is how we succeed.

You day-to-day may include:
Manage, direct, and monitor multiple client services teams on client engagements; plan, execute, direct, and complete tax projects in a wide variety of industries; provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients; and manage budget
Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on tax projects and assess performance for engagement and year-end reviews
Deliver a full range of Global Indirecr Tax services including tax return preparation and review, tax research, preparation of technical memorandums, drafting client correspondence, and counseling client in defending against state audits
Manage multi-disciplinary, multi-state reviews that analyze income, franchise, sales and use, payroll, value-added, and other taxes to identify optimal filing options, exemptions, credits and incentives, and corporate structures
Consult with clients to make recommendations on business and process improvement and serve as a business advisor
Other duties as assigned
You have the following technical skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Minimum six years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting
CPA, JD, or Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously
Project management responsibility for overall project and deliverables
Support business development activities, such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients
Strong computer skills
Can travel as needed
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Bellevue, WA office is between $121,000 and 181,400.
