Field Cost Controls: Life Sciences - Puerto Rico/Cary, North Carolina (Req 31001) at Jacobs. This role supports the Program Management Team with solid forecasting, cost engineering, reporting, and subcontractor invoicing within life sciences projects in Puerto Rico and Cary, NC. Responsibilities
Provide forecasting, cost controls, and reporting for assigned projects. Coordinate subcontractor invoicing and financial issues related to project controls. Support project cost engineering functions and commercial operations with emphasis on project controls. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent years of experience. At least 8+ years of project cost controls experience. Experience with ERP systems. Experience on various projects and handling project issues; cost engineering and financial controls experience. Proficiency with cost estimating and Jacobs tools (Unifier, IPCS, Polaris) and MS Office; Power BI is a plus. What You’ll Need
ERP experience and other cost control software. Intermediate skills with Jacobs tools and other proprietary systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to contribute to a global company. Base Pay and Benefits
The base pay range is $100,300.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on location, skills, experience, and education.
