b>Job Description HTC Global Services is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to design and build a new Unified Observability Testing platform from the ground up in Google Cloud Platform. You will collaborate with partners, own architectural decisions, and deliver a scalable, cloud‑native solution that advances our clients' success.

Position Description The role requires an expert‑level Java developer with recent hands‑on experience building enterprise applications from scratch, and who can drive architecture and implementation independently while collaborating with PMs, TPMs, architects, developers, and SREs.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, technical design, and implementation of a cloud‑native Observability platform on GCP.
Build backend microservices (Java/Spring Boot) and supporting APIs, leveraging event‑driven architecture and GCP services (Pub/Sub, DataFlow, Firestore, BigQuery).
Develop front‑end components (React) and integrate seamlessly with backend services.
Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform) to ensure secure, scalable, resilient, and repeatable environments.
Serve as technical lead, mentoring peers, reviewing code, ensuring adoption of best practices, and guiding the team to successful delivery.
Author comprehensive architecture and technical design documents.
Collaborate across stakeholders to define requirements and deliver production‑ready solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of professional software development with full‑stack systems (React or similar front‑end, Java/Spring Boot back‑end).
Demonstrated ability to architect and build platforms from scratch.
Strong experience with core GCP services (Pub/Sub, Firestore, BigQuery, DataFlow).
Proven ability to design and implement event‑driven distributed systems.
Technical leadership experience, creating APIs and microservices from scratch.
Preferred Skills
GraphQL API design and implementation.
Observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, OTEL).
CI/CD pipeline development and containerization (Docker).
Performance tuning and optimization skills.
Current market trends in FinTech and cloud‑native development.
Unix/Linux environment experience.
Candidate Profile
Self‑managed leader who works independently.
Hands‑on builder with clear architecture and delivery stories.
Practical problem‑solver beyond theory.
Strong communicator who defends technical decisions.
