What you’ll own
Troubleshoot and repair PLC‑controlled equipment (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
Diagnose and maintain control components: HMIs, sensors, relays, motor controllers.
Program, refine, and document PLC/HMI changes to meet evolving production needs.
Support and elevate automation logic to boost reliability and efficiency.
Read/interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings.
Assist with control system design and upgrades, including commissioning of new equipment.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E, and plant safety standards.
Maintain complete documentation of programs, schematics, and configurations.
Partner cross‑functionally to resolve issues and drive root‑cause fixes.
Contribute to preventive maintenance for electrical and control systems.
Train technicians and operators on proper operation and troubleshooting.
What you bring
Associate’s or technical certification in Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or related (Bachelor’s a plus).
2+ years in industrial/manufacturing as a Controls or Electrical Technician.
Proficiency with PLC programming/troubleshooting (Allen‑Bradley RSLogix 5000, Siemens, Omron).
HMI, VFD, and SCADA experience plus industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus).
Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus, etc.).
Expertise with electrical schematics, control panels, motor control, and safety circuits.
Strong analysis and problem‑solving; excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
Willingness to flex hours and respond to urgent situations as needed.

Compensation & schedule
1st shift
$30.00–$33.00 per hour
$3,000 Sign‑On Bonus
Eligible for a 3% quarterly incentive bonus
Compensation is negotiable based on experience and skill set
