Architect - Civil Analysis and Review to join our construction management team. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college related to architecture or construction engineering or architecture, as well as at least
5 years of experience with building codes and systems in a construction setting.
If selected, candidates will need to provide digital proof of licensure and certification for all U.S.-based accolades, including academic degree, before time of interview. Information provided is handled with discretion and will be used purely for benefit of employment with various government agency clients and associated background checks. This position will be full-time, On-site in Jersey City,
New Jersey . JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide support to permit applicants in completingthe filing procedure with various City agencies. Reviewing construction documents,calculations, specifications, and reports for completeness with codes and standards. Developing project scope of work and structural designfor various structural types, specifically building design and construction of transportation and related facilities. Deliver documents to various city agencies forreview and approval. Research existing building status from City records at various agencies. Perform related tasks. QUALIFICATIONS include, but are not limited to, the following: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college related to architecture. At least
5 years of experience with building codes and systems in a construction setting.
