Associate Attorney – Plaintiff-Side Employment Litigator Base Salary: $130,000–$165,000 annually (DOE).

Key Responsibilities
Manage your own docket of employment law cases from inception through trial.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial briefs.
Take and defend depositions.
Appear in court to argue motions and advocate for clients.
Engage with clients and help shape case strategy.
Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations.
Assist in trial preparation and serve as second chair where applicable.
Qualifications
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
1–6 years of litigation experience (employment law preferred).
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines.
A strong desire to grow as a trial lawyer and litigator.
Experience with trial or trial-prep is a significant plus.

Compensation That Rewards Results :Base salary of $130,000–$165,000 DOE, plus up to 5.5% in performance commissions. Many of our associates out-earn peers at comparable firms.
Firm pays 100% of premiums for dental and vision
Firm pays 100% of all Silver-level medical plans
Firm contributes approximately 10% toward retirement
(3% Safe Harbor + 7% Profit Sharing)
$500 annual FSA contribution
Time for Life :Accrual of 80 hours of PTO plus 40 hours sick pay , plus your birthday off as a fully paid day .
